Quick facts
  • Carrier-specific policy issues: call the carrier directly (number on dec page) — they handle changes faster.
  • Data / privacy issues: privacy@insurances-quote.com, or use the Do-Not-Sell link.
  • Don't send SSN, full DOB, or license number via email.

Have a policy issue?

If you bound a policy through us, the fastest path for changes is to call the carrier directly — their number is on your declarations page. They can handle billing, declarations, claims, and policy changes faster than we can.

For account or quote issues that aren’t carrier-specific, email support@insurances-quote.com. Please don’t send sensitive information (SSN, full birthdate, license number) via email.

Frequently asked questions

I got a quote — how do I bind the policy?
The cheapest path is to call the licensed agent assigned to your quote; the number is on your quote results screen. They can bind on the spot if you’ve made a decision.
How do I cancel my old policy after I switch?
Call the old carrier and ask for cancellation effective on the day your new policy starts. Make sure there’s no gap. The old carrier will refund the unused premium pro-rated.
How do I opt out of having my data sold?
Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Info link in our footer. You can also email privacy@insurances-quote.com.
How do I update my contact information?
For your policy contact info, call the carrier directly. For preferences about how we contact you for quotes and updates, email support@insurances-quote.com.
I never heard back from an agent.
Check your spam folder + voicemail first. If no agent contact within 30 minutes during business hours, email support@ with your quote ID.
I got a quote but the carrier increased the rate at bind.
Usually means underwriting found something that wasn’t on the submitted profile (a forgotten ticket, CLUE report claim). Compare against other carriers if the new number is too high.

We’re the marketplace, not the carrier. Once you’ve bound a policy, the carrier owns the relationship. Calling the carrier directly is almost always faster for policy questions than going through us — we’d just have to call them on your behalf anyway.

Insurances Quote is an independent insurance marketplace. We are paid by carriers when shoppers switch to a policy we’ve helped match — never by the shopper. We don’t resell your lead data to third-party buyers, and the carrier rankings on this page reflect our composite quality score (35% claims, 30% price, 20% service, 15% digital tools), not paid placement.
