Your Right to Opt Out

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to direct Insurances Quote not to “sell” or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We may “share” personal information with insurance partners and service providers in order to provide you with quotes and route your request. You may opt out of this sharing at any time using the methods below. Exercising this right does not affect any quote or service you have already requested.

How to Opt Out

You may submit a request using any of the following methods:

1. Submit a request by email

Email privacy@insurances-quote.comwith “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line. Include the name, email address, and phone number associated with your request so we can locate and verify your record.

2. Submit a request by phone

Call us at (855) 939-0138 and tell the agent you would like to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that signal as a valid opt-out request from the device you are using. You do not need to submit a separate request.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization (e.g., a signed permission or power of attorney) and to verify your identity before we process the request.

What Happens After You Opt Out

We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible, and within 15 business days where required by law.
We will not retaliate against you or discriminate in the price or quality of services available to you because you exercised your rights.
Your opt-out applies to future sharing. If you submit a new quote request after opting out, you will need to opt out again or instruct us at the time of the new request.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We typically verify by matching the information you provide against records in our systems. We use the information you provide for verification only for that purpose.
